1. Agreement to Terms

By booking services with Cleaning by Michelle LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Cleaning by Michelle LLC provides professional residential cleaning services in the San Francisco area. Our services include:

• General home cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Apartment cleaning
• Move-in/move-out cleaning

All cleaning is performed using eco-friendly, non-toxic products.

3. Booking and Scheduling

• Bookings can be made via phone, email, or our website contact form
• We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee
• We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window

4. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing is based on home size, cleaning type, and frequency
• First-time customers receive 60% off their initial cleaning
• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing customers

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide access to the property at the scheduled time
• Secure or remove valuable or fragile items
• Provide adequate notice of any pets or special considerations
• Ensure the property is reasonably prepared for cleaning
• Inform us of any areas requiring special attention

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our cleaning:

• Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
• We will return to re-clean any areas of concern at no additional charge
• This guarantee applies to initial cleaning issues only

7. Liability and Insurance

• Cleaning by Michelle LLC is fully licensed, bonded, and insured
• We take reasonable care to protect your property
• Clients must report any damage within 24 hours of service
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Our team members are trained to maintain confidentiality regarding your home and personal information. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Service Areas

We currently serve San Francisco and surrounding neighborhoods. Service availability may vary by location. Please contact us to confirm coverage in your area.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing service arrangements with 7 days written notice. Cleaning by Michelle LLC reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
